Reporting on CSR and sustainability programmes can improve business transparency and play an important role in demonstrating a business’s impact in a wider social, environmental and economic context to investors and other stakeholders. Communication is the fifth pillar of Corporate Social Responsibility, but it’s often the most difficult to achieve.
